Role SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a state-of-the-art Livelihood Skilling center for Youth and partnering with key stakeholders in their designated geographical area.
The role involves strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of the GROW Youth program to make the center a model of excellence.
Responsibilities:- Establish the center to serve youth, either by setting up a new one or revitalizing an existing one.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with local communities, identify potential trainees, and ensure quality training delivery.
- Prepare and execute quarterly budgets for center activities, focusing on economic viability and institutional feasibility.
- Strategize community awareness campaigns to maximize enrollments and work with agencies to mobilize resources as needed.
- Conduct counseling sessions with Youth to assess their aspirations, expectations, and enrollment needs.
- Oversee training activities at the center, adhering to the training calendar, and monitor quality to ensure exceptional outcomes.
- Regularly collect feedback from trainees to enhance the quality of training and overall center experience.
- Implement pre- and post-assessment processes to match trainees with suitable job opportunities.
- Foster relationships with local employers to secure continuous job placements for graduates.
- Review the performance of trainers and Center associates, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Develop capacity-building programs for Center associates to maintain smooth center operations.
- Provide support to placed Youth during their initial period at the workplace.
- Maintain ongoing connections with Youth after placement, ensuring their continued success.
- Ensure that all relevant data, including enrollment numbers, fees collected, and placements, is accurately recorded in the IT platform.
- Promote the center's brand and maintain its facilities according to guidelines from headquarters.
- Participate in hiring and selection processes for Center associates and trainers.
- Work towards enhancing center efficiency based on inputs from the Quality Assurance team.
