Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing team culture and driving strategic product vision.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech. They will also have a proven track record of building and managing teams across multiple functions and growing products from inception to market success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering collaboration and innovation among team members.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to grow and enhance the product, improving user experience, market positioning, and scalability.
  • Utilizing data analytics to inform decisions on product growth strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing regular project updates and reporting on milestones, progress, and risks.

  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS and a strong understanding of backend development.
