Job Overview

The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in driving process performance, exceeding SLA deliverables and maintaining delivery dashboards with detailed RCA on issues. This includes monitoring projects/transactions, providing qualitative feedback to SMEs/team members, and responding to operations/quality performance related queries from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage expectations of team members and proactively sense their needs.
  • Represent the project, participate in client visits and meets, and maintain delivery dashboards.
  • Develop aligned team members by creating learning opportunities and leading continuous improvement initiatives for the project.
  • Participate in client calibration calls to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience in international Voice processes, preferably Telecom experience, good command over spoken and written English, and a flair for Customer Service are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer needs, add value to clients by selling aggregated values, and possess persuasive speaking skills. They should also be highly energetic and self-motivated, able to keep a positive attitude despite customer objections, and demonstrate a commitment and pride in their work.
