Operations Project Management Office

At the heart of our Operational Excellence Program in GCC lies the Operations Project Management Office (OPS PMO). This pivotal role plays a crucial part in executing our GBS Operational Excellence strategy, closely collaborating with our GCC FIN-OPS MANCOM and Tower leadership team.

The OPS PMO is instrumental in envisioning, strategizing, and executing Ops priorities, driving key projects, and delivering on 1YP-3YP plans. Leveraging a data-driven approach, this role drives, measures, monitors, and coordinates operations to ensure efficient delivery of initiatives and continuous improvement of processes.

  • Comprehensively understand our Ops Excellence program, develop innovative ideas to implement it, and execute existing plans;
  • Analyze performance trends, identify potential risks, and present insightful power points as needed to the leadership team;
  • Drive the adoption and execution of project management methodologies tailored to operational needs;
  • Train and mentor projects/People in PM methodologies;
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operational routines such as Shared Communication Meet, Battle of Towers, RTO governance, NPS, Target Management, Ops RnR, Ops Events, Stakeholder visits, Engagement initiatives, etc.;
  • Actively participate in the pursuit of continuous improvements through internal audits, benchmarking analysis, NPS initiatives;

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant Functional background;
  • Previous work experience of 3-5 years in leading operations, projects, continuous improvement programs;
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills; and
  • Expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
