This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lean Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can drive process improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean principles, tools, and techniques, with experience in leading Six Sigma projects. They will be able to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans, including data collection, analysis, and implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
  • Monitor and report progress on process improvement initiatives
  • Identify and recommend training and development needs for team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in lean manufacturing, including experience in leading Six Sigma projects
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity software
