As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of solar projects. This includes site assessment, system design, proposal preparation, identifying suitable installers, project execution, and ensuring seamless handovers.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of solar power, solar systems, PV design, electrical design, and complete building management systems (BOS).

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Solar Power Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar power principles, including photovoltaic (PV) design and electrical design.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, physics, or a related field.
