Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and enhance inspection methodologies to guarantee quality outcomes.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings to set clear objectives and expectations.
  • Verify on-site activities against 5M principles to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Manage testing schedules for timely execution and optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyze manufacturing/testing activities and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate inspection teams as per project schedules to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Communicate findings and suggestions to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-year technical diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
  • Strong communication, ethical standards, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and renewable energy systems.
  • Willingness to dedicate 80%+ time to inspection sites.
  • Openness to travel within India and internationally.
