Job Details

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as an Analyst.

This role involves working closely with Global Finance Leaders and members of the agency Finance Team to achieve group goals related to Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Working Capital, and accounting support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Advanced Excel. Experience with ERP or BI Tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of weekly/monthly spend and revenue summaries
  • Implementing new reporting requirements as new product and service offerings are developed
  • Preparing month end support files for closing entries
  • Preparing recurring monthly accruals
  • Preparing ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Data analysis and interpretation using MediaOcean / D365 / TM1 Systems
  • Maintenance of OMG's database file structure and knowledge of how each module relates to specific clients
  • Understanding of OMG's client accounting structures within MediaOcean General Ledger structure in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Preparation of data pulls and reporting from TM1 forecasting system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 4-5 years of experience in FP&A Operations (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in R2R processes is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to take on different assignments and adapt to changing priorities
