Senior Telecom Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned telecom project lead to oversee multiple customer-driven projects, focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive projects forward, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality results that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale telecom projects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure timely project delivery, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in telecom technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in high-pressure environments and drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
