Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Data Processing Analysts and driving the operational design and delivery of our client offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client database operational queries and ensure overall quality performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work closely with other Operations Functions' leads within the country to manage projects and deliver on clients' commitments.
  • Participate in quality improvement plans, such as Quality Walk, Quality Focus Meetings, Root Cause Analysis activities, and Operational Excellence programs.
  • Manage close links with Enablement team/leads to identify focus areas and ensure quality/delivery standards are achieved.
  • Represent the operations function in discussions with other NOC and market stakeholders.

Team Management

  • Plan and control resource allocation to optimize the operations service to clients and highlight any resource issues.
  • Coach and develop the team, monitor individual performances, and promote engagement within the team.
  • Act as an escalation point for the team and review and assess team KPIs periodically.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-driven mindset.
