Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in data modeling, ETL, and integrations to design and implement Data Cloud solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems.

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.

Key responsibilities also include collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture, implementing ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion, and ensuring seamless integration across the entire ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
