About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, implement, and optimize data ingestion pipelines, identity stitching, segmentation, and calculated insights within Salesforce Data Cloud. You'll help us unlock personalized marketing strategies and create unified customer profiles for improved engagement and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Build 1st & 3rd-party data ingestion pipelines from web, CRM, mobile apps, and media platforms.

Configure and maintain Data Streams, DMOs, Calculated Insights, and Segmentation.

Design and optimize Calculated Insights to drive personalization and customer journey orchestration.

Troubleshoot data mapping, identity stitching, and segment activation flows. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data teams to align data strategy with business objectives.

Apply privacy & compliance best practices (HIPAA exposure preferred).

Must-Have Skills

3–6 years of Salesforce Data Cloud experience.

Strong expertise in Data Streams, DMOs, Calculated Insights, Segmentation. Proven experience in multi-source data ingestion (web, CRM, apps, media).

Proficiency in identity resolution, data mapping, and activation workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.

Experience in pharma industry or privacy frameworks (HIPAA).

Knowledge of customer lifecycle & journey orchestration.
