Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Data Ingestion,

Data Modeling, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Segmentation. The consultant

will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing data solutions within Salesforce

Data Cloud to enhance personalization and marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 Work on Salesforce Data Cloud with practical experience in data ingestion, modeling,

identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation.

 Design and implement 1st and 3rd-party data ingestion from varied sources including

Web, CRM, Mobile Apps, and Media Platforms.

 Build and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights,

and Segmentation.

 Design and implement Calculated Insights to derive metrics for personalization and

segmentation.

 Understand customer lifecycle and journey orchestration using unified profiles.

 Troubleshoot issues across data mapping, identity stitching, and segment activation

flows.

Required Skills

 Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferable).

 Pharma domain experience or familiarity with privacy frameworks (HIPAA)

(preferable).

 Strong expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
