
Renewal and Development Executive

As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Operations Leads and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with the design and production teams to maintain alignment with committed timelines for your cohort or city.
You will manage internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams, etc., to ensure they receive necessary support to meet customer-promised timelines and quality standards.
- Own the entire customer experience from project booking to handover.
- Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving customer issues within committed ETAs, and completing projects on a positive note.
- Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams like installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams, etc., to resolve issues promptly.
- Be a people manager, empowering existing teams and hiring top talent to strengthen your region's team.
- Ensure team adherence to defined process SOPs and standards for a standardized customer experience.
- Responsible for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Key qualifications include NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools, 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations, people management skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, structured thought process, and analytical ability.
