Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Deployment Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for leading deployments, onboarding, and customer training. You will work closely with customers to drive satisfaction and success, collaborate with our fast-paced innovative team, and grow your career in a dynamic product-focused environment.

You will develop a deep understanding of our software products and services, act as the primary point of contact for customers, build trust-based relationships, and understand each client's business requirements. You will lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup, conduct training sessions for restaurant staff, and share best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of our software.

Additionally, you will provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers. You will take ownership of user issues, track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes. You will escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution, communicate with users in clear, friendly, and professional language, and proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions.

Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B POS or SaaS domains
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting POS systems, printers, networks
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali)
  • Ability to train and educate end-users across different roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
  • Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
