Job Role: Technology Operations Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technology operations leader to oversee the management of our hotel's IT infrastructure and systems. This key role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all technology systems, enabling our staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management:
    • Plan, implement, and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and telecommunications.
    • Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of IT systems.
  • Technology Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee IT-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
    • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget effectively.
  • IT Support:
    • Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests.
    • Manage the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Data Security:
    • Implement and maintain robust data security measures to protect sensitive guest and hotel information.
    • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, hardware, software.
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects and budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
