Technical Expert Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to contribute to project execution in specific technologies and domains, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of advancements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the impact of new or evolving technologies on existing systems and architecture.
  • They will participate in system design and architecture discussions to guarantee scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • The role requires assessing the effectiveness of current technology resources and evaluating new systems for implementation suitability.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing and managing the impact of system changes and modifications.
  • Additionally, the Technical Expert Specialist will ensure optimization, validation, and approval of technology applications for customer products.
  • They must understand and align with all relevant customer technical requirements, processes, procedures, limitations, and constraints, as well as internal technologies and capabilities.
  • This position collaborates with the project team to identify and utilize necessary technical resources to meet production and quality targets defined by customers.
  • The Technical Expert Specialist will guide and mentor the technical team through the project implementation phase, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Responsibilities also include performing activities related to knowledge management, including reuse, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Fostering teamwork and collaboration, motivating, mentoring, and supporting the professional development of subordinates is crucial for success in this role.
  • Lastly, the Technical Expert Specialist will provide application production support in alignment with the defined RACI matrix.
