Job Title: Business Technology Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure user access and roles to ensure seamless system usage.
  • Assist users in creating or editing saved searches and reports for data-driven decision making.
  • Prioritize enhancement requests and drive business growth through technology implementation.
  • Integrate NetSuite with other applications to enhance system functionality.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Create master records for customers, vendors, items, and employees to maintain accurate data.
  • Develop custom saved searches and reports to meet business needs.
  • Maintain ongoing administration activities, including access and data management.
  • Establish a library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for process documentation.
  • Elevate complex issues with the business, application owners, and/or NetSuite support team.
  • Provide updated steps/runbook for scheduled system changes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with development and business analysis teams to provide administrative support.
  • Perform sandbox refresh activities, including pre- and post-refresh tasks.
  • Have basic knowledge of Sox Audit principles.
  • Import and update data using CSV files.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with NetSuite technical components, including scripts and workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Data mapping, system integration, and process documentation experience to ensure efficient system usage.
  • Experience with system implementation or upgrades to drive business growth.
  • Effective communicator in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive success.
