**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of our printing machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute timely installation, repair, rebuild, and upkeep of printing machinery and electrical equipment.
  • Oversee pre-emptive maintenance to maximize production throughput and minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures.
  • Respond swiftly to breakdowns, perform troubleshooting, and restore operations efficiently.
  • Foster strong working relationships with technicians, operators, management, workshop staff, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of critical spares and services.
  • Investigate recurring failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend engineering or process improvements to prevent future issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs through better resource utilization, energy efficiency, or improved workflows.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, streamline operations, and improve reliability.
  • Provide training to operators and team members on machine operation, safety best practices, and minor troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B. Tech/ M. Tech (Mechanicals)
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance engineering
  • Strong knowledge of PLC & Automation Systems, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems, Predictive Maintenance Tools, Electrical & Mechanical Foundation, and Spare Parts Inventory Management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
