Multifaceted Technical Specialist

Job Summary:

This maintenance engineer position is a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of printing machinery and electrical equipment. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for executing timely installation, repair, rebuild, and upkeep of these systems to meet production schedules.

• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on printing machinery and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, perform troubleshooting, and restore operations efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements to safeguard personnel and equipment.

• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and automated systems used in modern rotary, web-offset, and digital print machinery.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis, thermography, and condition-monitoring tools to preempt equipment failure.
• Strong grounding in electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and mechanical assembly fundamentals.
• Proficiency in managing machine components, procurement lead times, and stock levels.
• Data-driven decision-making skills to guide improvement and maintenance planning.
