About the Role:
- Job Title: Customer Success Professional
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to drive value for clients by optimizing and managing business processes, synthesizing data, maintaining high-quality standards, applying automation, and performing analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client portfolios, analyzing customer data to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers, improve onboarding processes, and facilitate collaboration between clients and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, minimizing customer churn to increase customer loyalty.
- Present results to clients, answer queries on deliverables, and generate actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the field.
- Past experience working with Advanced Excel and creating effective presentations will be an asset.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Operations Management Research, MIS, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics will be considered.
