Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional technical support and maintenance for custom web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, utilize their analytical skills to resolve complex issues, and contribute to team success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and understand their requirements.
  • Provide timely and effective customer support.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and make informed decisions.
  • Contribute to team planning activities and backlog management.
  • Identify and escalate application issues or risks.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using tools like New Relic or similar solutions.
  • Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in GIT and scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Expertise in analyzing application logs to identify errors and performance indicators.
  • Cloud Technologies, Solutions Development, Digital Experience expertise.
  • Agile or DevOps team experience.
