Role Summary

This role is focused on acquiring quality accounts and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts: Identify and acquire qualified and activated NTB CASA accounts, as well as higher CASA variants.
  • Revenue Acquisition: Cross-sell life insurance products, mutual funds, gold, trade/foreign exchange, and asset products to existing customers.
  • Maintenance of Good Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Adherence to Operational Guidelines: Comply with all operational risk policies, including KYC requirements, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
