Job Title: Area Business Head
This is a senior-level role responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, channel partner development, and solution selling.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industrial software applications, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and experience in working with similar technologies.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-8 years in B2B sales of engineering/industrial software.
- Strong knowledge of PLM, CAD/CAM, MES, IIoT, Cybersecurity, and Factory Automation software.
- Proven track record in channel development and account management.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in working with Siemens Digital Industries Software or competitors (Dassault, PTC, Autodesk).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and high on ownership.
- Able to work in fast-paced and cross-functional environments.
