Job Title: Senior Director of Cybersecurity and Risk Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to lead our enterprise-wide security program. As a senior director, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that ensure the resilience, compliance, and trustworthiness of our global payments infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

  • Lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide security strategy that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement controls to minimize vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of security frameworks, including customer data protection, fraud monitoring, and secure payment APIs.
  • Manage relationships with regulators, banks, and compliance partners across regions to ensure audit readiness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead global SOC functions, including incident response, forensics, penetration testing, and threat intelligence.
  • Build and scale a world-class InfoSec, compliance, and fraud prevention team, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in senior leadership within FinTech, payments, or banking.
  • Proven expertise in cross-border payments, card networks, wallets, and banking integrations.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CCSP, or equivalents preferred.
  • Experience engaging with global regulators (FCA, MAS, RBI, EU, US FinCEN, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC/KYT systems, transaction monitoring, and fraud analytics.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, able to translate technical risks into board-level strategy.
