About the Role

As a skilled Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day treasury operations and ensuring efficient fund management.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in financial services, specifically with experience in Mutual Funds or Banking.

Key responsibilities include managing daily treasury operations, monitoring company funds, forecasting payment obligations, and ensuring adequate liquidity at all times.

  • Manage cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations to ensure seamless treasury operations.
  • Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational and payment needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting to optimize treasury performance.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners to secure optimal funding options.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with established policies.
  • Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a compliant and risk-free environment.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations / Fund Management is required.
  • Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
  • A strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems/tools is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are required.
