Helpdesk Operations Specialist

The Senior Helpdesk Agent is a pivotal member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and tasks. This role involves managing and administering tickets within both internal and client systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the integrity of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and providing support to account teams.
- Reviewing system data to guarantee its accuracy and currency.
- Collating and analysing data for management reporting and ad hoc analytics.
- Preparing reports on local site and account data for key stakeholders.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner and escalating issues when necessary.
- Fostering positive relationships with facilities managers and other teams.
- Serving as a central point of contact for CMMS system queries.
- Proposing ideas to enhance user experience and efficiency within facilities management processes.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and general administrative duties.
Working Environment:
- Daily work will be conducted in our Hyderabad office.
- The primary business language spoken in our offices is English.
Requirements:
- A degree holder with three to five years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of occupational safety and proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives.
- Collaborative mindset, flexibility in working with a team, and customer-centric focus.
- Excellent organisational skills, communication skills, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and interest in technology.
