**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional support across multiple channels to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports that drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of display advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to multi-channel platforms ensuring mínimal disruption to services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members sharing best practices and insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of helpdesk operations through feedback and innovative ideas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of support initiatives.
- Engage in regular team meetings to discuss challenges solutions and opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Possess a solid understanding of display advertising techniques and tools.
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Show ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be adaptable to rotational shifts and flexible work schedules.
