As a proactive customer retention manager, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to prevent customer churn by proactively resolving outstanding overages or encouraging subscription purchases.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Process orders promptly after customers reach out and send purchase confirmations.
- Coordinate account suspensions as needed, ensuring proper documentation and minimizing disruptions.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software for data analysis and tracking performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and experience in Zendesk.
