Transaction Analyst Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Investigator to research and evaluate facts surrounding transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Researches and assesses transactional data.
- Takes appropriate action based on established procedures.
- Documents actions by providing detailed annotations.
- Communicates with customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
- Communicates with internal stakeholders in person, via email, annotations, and phone during and following the investigation process.
- Understands issues and makes best use of resources to resolve them.
- Systematically escalates problems or variances in information to relevant owners/teams according to processes and standards.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyzes performance metrics to create analysis driving business goals.
- Meets predetermined productivity targets and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-5 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English language.
- Ability to handle large sets of data.
- Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Effective communication with managers and associates at all levels.
- Global perspective and understanding of business objectives.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
