The Selling Partner Risk Operations (SPRO) Investigator will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with ecommerce transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate facts surrounding seller transactions.">
  • Take appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operating procedures and tools.">
  • Document actions by providing detailed annotations.">
  • Communicate with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.">
  • Collaborate with internal customers and peers through various channels, including in-person discussions, emails, and phone calls.">
  • Understand issues and utilize available resources to resolve them effectively.">
  • Escalate problems or variances in information to relevant owners/teams according to established processes.">
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Utilize performance metrics to drive business goals and objectives.">
  • Meet predetermined productivity targets and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.">
  • Work Experience: 0-5 years in a related field.">
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.">
  • Ability to handle and interpret large datasets.">
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.">
  • Preferred qualifications include problem-solving and analytical skills, independent work ethic, and global perspective.
