  • We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and insights to support business decisions.\
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to meet those needs.\
  • Your expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud, SQL, and Business Intelligence will be invaluable in delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.\
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales territories, ensuring correct assignments and timely processing of data.\
  • You will collaborate with sales and operations teams to collect territory data and provide actionable insights to inform business strategies.\
  • You will deliver onboarding training to new sales members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.\
  • You will handle queries and issues related to data collection and processing, ensuring swift and professional resolution.\
  • You will foster strong relationships with internal support groups, guaranteeing seamless data processing and efficient operations.\
  • You will maintain documentation of sales transactions and ensure adherence to Oracle business policies and procedures.\
  • Key qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in essential functions, highly computer literacy, excellent English communication skills, advanced MS Excel skills, and knowledge of SQL and Oracle Business Intelligence.\
  • A team player with a personal drive, professional attitude, and excellent planning and presentation skills is essential for success in this role.\
