Job Description:

As a technical specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert-level support to our customers. This involves analyzing complex problems, identifying solutions, and implementing workarounds to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support for customers and partners via phone, email, and web
  • Own customer issues and see them through to resolution, utilizing your analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
  • Research and identify solutions to resolve customer issues, often involving collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing prompt and accurate feedback and updates on issue resolution
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge-based tech notes and articles, sharing expertise with colleagues
  • Recommend new and existing solutions that enhance application and systems functionality, features, and defect repair
  • Utilize your intuition and innovation to provide creative solutions and workarounds for customers
  • Install and configure Infoblox products and third-party software for support lab testing purposes
  • Support a 24x7x365 organization by working rotational shifts and taking on-call responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with at least one year of experience in remote technical support or systems administration, with solid knowledge in TCP/IP and networking protocols. A background in network administration is desirable, as is excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should also be able to learn DNS, DHCP, and other product-related protocols and technology.
