As a seasoned Real Estate Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience
  • Coordination and monitoring of third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments
  • Maintenance and management of insurance coverage and claims

You will work closely with leasing teams to ensure lease compliance, accurate documentation, and timely renewal negotiations. Additionally, you will establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure retention.

This role requires a strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent follow-up skills – billing related, excellent interpersonal skills to interact and engage tenants, advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting and financial statements, creative and problem-solving mindset to resolve Tenant billing issues, excellent communication and financial accounting skills, professional and emotional maturity, honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management is required, as well as advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc.

Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork and self-motivation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
