Program Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives, driving strategic outcomes across IT and non-IT domains.

This role demands exceptional leadership skills, strong stakeholder engagement, and expertise in program management methodologies to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring successful delivery of multiple projects with varying complexities.
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, leveraging best practices for efficient program execution.
  • Promote the Knowledge Management System (KMS) and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze and mitigate program risks, issues, and opportunities, informing data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Oversight of project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and excellence in delivery.
  • Monitor progress, generate MIS reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Travel as required to support program objectives.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree with proven experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, MIS reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications like PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • A track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
