About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven User Acquisition Specialist to join our growth team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scaling mobile games in the competitive social and hypercasual space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire user acquisition funnel, from campaign conceptualization to in-depth performance analysis, with the goal of acquiring high-quality users at scale and maximizing long-term ROI.

This involves planning, launching, and optimizing UA campaigns across major ad platforms and networks, as well as managing daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit KPIs.
  • Implement structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
  • Ensure accurate event configuration and tracking across ad platforms and MMPs.
  • Partner with engineering teams to QA and troubleshoot SDK/event integrations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Technical & Execution

Analytical & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data.
  • Calculate breakeven points and model projected LTV/ROI.
  • Understand player journey metrics.
  • Build dashboards and reports.
  • Apply predictive modeling.
Strategic
  • Develop full-funnel UA strategy.
  • Create audience strategies.
  • Design re-engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with CRM and product teams.
  • Contribute to budget allocation.
  • Stay current with platform updates.
Creative
  • Collaborate with the creative team.
  • Brief, conceptualize, and test ad creatives.
  • Analyze creative performance.
  • Build data-driven audience categories.
  • Establish creative refresh cycles.
Collaboration & Operations
  • Liaise with ad networks and internal teams.
  • Lead day-to-day campaign operations.
  • Share insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UA for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of MMPs.
  • Deep understanding of UA KPIs.
  • Ability to run re-engagement campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
