Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our Managed Service team, focused on the support of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

As Team Lead, you will be responsible for growing and shaping our Managed Service support offering for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, managing a team and driving automation and AI within this area.

The primary role will be within the managed service, with opportunities to work on projects for Oracle Cloud. You will be expected to manage tickets within the managed service for various issues, with key skills being the ability to resolve networking issues within Oracle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in OCI, including ability to support Oracle cloud tenancies
  • Experience working with IPSec VPNs
  • Experience in debugging network routing and network security group issues within OCI
  • Experience with user management and IAM policies with OCI
  • Experience with AD SSO Integrations
  • Experience with CloudGuard and resolution of alerts
  • DevOps Terraform - able to use and update Terraform scripting
  • Linux - administrative skills such as creating user accounts and mounting block volumes
  • DevOps - Terraform - able to do full implementations of cloud infrastructure builds using Terraform
  • DevOps - Ansible - able to configure Linux environments using ansible
  • FastConnect - experience with fastconnect configurations
  • Oracle Database - experience with Oracle databases is advantageous
  • OCI - JD Edwards or Ebusiness suite experience useful
  • OIC - experience working with Oracle Integration cloud, particularly provisioning and working with connectivity agents
