Job Summary

This leadership role involves driving the development of foundational cloud infrastructure, including hypervisor and virtualization stack, guest operating system, and devices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry trends, innovation opportunities, and technical product management.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Develop and manage technical roadmaps for cloud infrastructure products, prioritizing engineering efforts to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in workloads and hardware, informing product direction and strategy.
  • Product Management: Oversee the conception, development, and launch of cloud infrastructure products, ensuring they meet customer needs and market expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Product Management Experience: 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with at least 3 years managing technical products from conception to launch.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in developing or launching infrastructure products in areas like networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, and data analytics.
