dynamic team The Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation and management of our cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture infrastructure as code and best practices in cloud security governance and operations In addition to providing technical leadership the Infrastructure Lead will be expected to perform hands-on work to support the team s capacity What You ll DoLeadership and Strategy xc2xb7 Lead the Infrastructure team in designing implementing and managing cloud infrastructure solutions xc2xb7 Develop and maintain the cloud infrastructure strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives xc2xb7 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Hands-On Cloud Architecture and Management xc2xb7 Design and implement scalable secure and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure services xc2xb7 Perform hands-on work in provisioning configuring and managing cloud resources including virtual machines containers and serverless functions xc2xb7 Oversee the orchestration of IaaS PaaS and SaaS solutions to meet business requirements xc2xb7 Manage cloud resources including provisioning configuration monitoring and support Governance and Security xc2xb7 Implement and enforce cloud governance policies ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements xc2xb7 Manage identity and access management including role-based access control RBAC and multi-factor authentication MFA xc2xb7 Oversee security measures including encryption key management and vulnerability assessments Operational Excellence xc2xb7 Ensure high availability and disaster recovery BCDR strategies are in place and tested regularly xc2xb7 Implement cost management and optimization strategies to ensure efficient use of cloud resources xc2xb7 Develop and maintain standard operating procedures SOPs for infrastructure management and incident response Collaboration and Communication xc2xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development operations and security to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services xc2xb7 Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on infrastructure status issues and improvements Who We re Looking For Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management Minimum 3 years of experience in Leadership role Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including IaaS PaaS and SaaS Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions Hands-on experience in provisioning configuring and managing cloud resources Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor s degree or 8 years and a Master s degree or a PhD with 5 years experience or equivalent experience Preferred QualificationsTechnical Skills xc2xb7 Strong knowledge of cloud architecture infrastructure as code IaC and automation tools e g ARM templates Terraform Azure DevOps xc2xb7 Proficiency in networking storage and compute services within Azure xc2xb7 Experience with monitoring and logging tools e g Azure Monitor Log Analytics Application Insights xc2xb7 Familiarity with security best practices including identity and access management encryption and compliance Soft Skills xc2xb7 Excellent leadership and team management skills xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills xc2xb7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills xc2xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Certifications xc2xb7 Relevant Azure certifications e g Azure Solutions Architect Azure DevOps Engineer Azure Security Engineer are highly desirable
