Design Visionary for India Operations

As a seasoned design leader, you will spearhead our five studios in India, overseeing a team of 450+ designers. Your goal will be to drive the scale and quality of our design operation, making us one of the country's top digital experience and marketing agencies.

We are a global network of collaborative problem-solvers who unlock what's next for people and brands. We create innovative digital products, services, platforms, marketing campaigns, and immersive experiences for the world's largest organizations.

In this role, you will lead by example, fostering an egoless environment where creativity thrives. You will guide the planning of design thinking workshops, inform user research or service design challenges, structure CX Centers of Excellence, and set up design systems.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Drive design quality, craft, and practice across the team.
  • Evolving our service offering and value propositions to clients.
  • Providing strategic design thought leadership to the organization.
  • Guiding new business strategies and approaches.
  • Cultivating relationships with clients and driving new opportunities.
  • Assessing performance and providing career mentorship.
  • Helping attract top talent and building brand reputation in India.

You will work closely with our global CXO and regional counterparts to establish best practices and refine models for engaging talent across the organization.

We are looking for a true design practitioner with 15+ years of industry experience, including 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 50+ designers. You should have a background in the agency world or running large-scale teams for startups and organizations in-house.

A strong entrepreneurial spirit, extensive knowledge of user-centered design processes, and mastery in Product Design, Service Design, User Research are essential. Proven experience building aligned connections regionally and globally as a respected leader in the design community is also required.
