ServiceNow SPM Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and related Integrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to software development tasks, provide technical support for ServiceNow, and collaborate with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The selected candidate will work with product owners to understand detailed project requirements and own their code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to users. They will also monitor day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementing Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source, and Transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent data through established integrations.
