As a seasoned banking relationship expert, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding high-value customer relationships through personalized service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets by leveraging individualized customer service expertise.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-sell bank products to customers by identifying opportunities to enhance their overall banking experience.
  • Inform customers of new or enhanced products to further develop the banking relationship.
  • Plan and conduct strategic sales initiatives and events to engage prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with other group companies to provide seamless access to a comprehensive range of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
  • Monitor and address customer complaints, queries, and turnaround times to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Possessing a deep understanding of Trade and Forex (CA), as well as Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, and Export Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the banking industry and its challenges.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a degree in Business Administration or Finance.
