Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Manager Financial Banking with strong exposure in the real estate sector. The candidate will play a key role in managing banking relationships, handling financial transactions, ensuring timely compliance, and supporting fund-raising/loan management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Handle loan disbursements, documentation, and compliance with banking norms.
  • Coordinate with internal finance & accounts teams for fund requirements, utilization, and reporting.
  • Ensure smooth execution of banking transactions, including escrow accounts, payments, and collections.
  • Assist in negotiations with lenders for favorable terms & rates.
  • Monitor debt servicing, repayments, and adherence to covenants.
  • Prepare MIS/reports related to loan status, outstanding, and banking operations.
  • Support the CFO/VP Finance in financial planning and cash flow management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: CA/MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong financial & banking knowledge.
  • Experience: 4-6 years, preferably in Real Estate Finance & Banking operations.
  • Proven experience in handling loan syndication, disbursements, and compliance.
  • Excellent coordination skills with banks & financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of escrow accounts, project financing, and RERA-related compliances.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
