Product Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Coordinator to join our team. As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various functions such as IT, Sales, Credit and Operations teams to resolve queries on time and provide ad-hoc support.
You will identify product gaps, conduct research on product development, test the viability of products and processes, communicate new launches, and ensure adequate training interventions on systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing products and systems, with a strong background in technology and IT platforms (LOS/LMS). Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
Responsibilities- Active engagement with sales team to resolve day-to-day hurdles related to products and processes.
- Coordinating with various functions like IT, Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve queries on time and provide ad-hoc support.
- Identify product gaps, conduct research on product development, test the viability of products and processes, communicate new launches, and ensure adequate training interventions on systems and processes.
- Drive employee contests and incentives to increase motivation and productivity levels of employees.
- Drive the sale of supplementary products such as insurance to secure the portfolio and increase fee income.
- Identify training needs of the team and ensure all employees across regions are trained on products and processes.
- Identifying and providing inputs for building technology roadmap for microfinance business.
- Provide ad-hoc marketing support in raising requests from teams and providing collaterals.
- At least 3 years in managing product and systems.
- Same domain experience is a plus point.
- Experience of working on Br Net system would be preferred.
- Good acumen of technology and IT platforms (LOS/LMS).
- Query management and tracking.
- Effective communication.
Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
