About the Job
  • We're seeking a skilled professional to work on product development, leveraging their knowledge of biology and formulation design to create high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of analytical methods, microbiology, and digital savviness. They will be responsible for distributing new product development briefs, designing experiments, prototyping, and delivering finished products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Understand consumer habits and needs to develop formulations and product solutions.
  • Distribute to new product development briefs by designing experiments, prototyping, and lab experiments.
  • Formulation design to fit insight, meet benchmarks, sensory, assess product stability, efficacy, formulation interaction with packaging, and scale up for manufacturing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of Biology, experience in formulation design.
  • Digital Savviness and data-driven approach essential.
  • Basic understanding of analytical methods and microbiology.
