Server Operations Expert

This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Windows Server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing. As a Server Operations Expert, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our server infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Work with cloud-based environments, like AWS and Azure, to ensure efficient deployment and management of resources.
  • Implement and monitor robust server security strategies, patching, backup solutions, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools to optimize system performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in Windows Server administration, with a strong background in virtualization and system performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with backup solutions, patch management, and IT security best practices.
  • Familiarity with working in dynamic BPO environments, including night shifts.
