Highly skilled IT Infrastructure Managers are sought after to oversee the planning, execution and management of an organization's technological infrastructure. This role involves ensuring high availability, performance and security across servers, networks, storage, cloud environments and data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning: Define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage hybrid environments (e.g. Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost efficiency in mind.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance and facilitate growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Design, implement and test DR and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems and cloud infrastructure.

  • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization and cloud platforms.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
