Civil Infrastructure Development Manager

This role involves overseeing the development of infrastructure projects.

  • We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate the construction process.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in civil engineering and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
  • Resolve minor design and technical details in collaboration with contractors and architects.
  • Manage and monitor local contractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and progress on site.
  • Provide daily updates and progress reports to the principal architect and client through charts, emails, and reports.
  • Stay on-site during the entire construction period, overseeing project execution and resolving on-the-ground issues.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage site logistics.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

We are looking for someone who can read and interpret construction drawings, designs, and specifications. The ideal candidate should also be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A strong understanding of CAD software is required for this role.
