Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our vertical transportation business in India.

The role requires a deep understanding of the Indian market, promoting local expertise and driving business development through customer and regulator relationships.

You will lead professional teams in strategic locations across India, ensuring services are delivered according to our management guidelines and quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarize with the VT landscape in India, providing market insights for strategy updates.
  • Develop a business growth strategy to achieve targets and establish us as a leading VT authority in India.
  • Create sales leads through networking, proactive industry observation, and effective channels.
  • Manage customer relationships, understand needs, and scale the business through retention and extension.
  • Coordinate joint presentations and visits with global experts.
  • Monitor events and prepare our participation.
Operational Requirements
  • Ensure smooth operations according to our QMS and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage P&L responsibility for our VT activities in India.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and plan resources effectively.
  • Lead and develop further experts, ensuring necessary training and authorization management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Integrative personality with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, analytical thinking, and telephone skills.
  • MS Office software skills and team player attitude.
Education
  • Bachelor Engineering degree (electrical, mechanical).
  • Master degree beneficial, particularly business-oriented.
