We are seeking a seasoned Chief Growth Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of our PLM IT Services Practice strategy. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, deep domain expertise, customer relationship management abilities, and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the PLM practice aligned with company objectives.
  • Create, manage, and scale practice capabilities, people, solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  • Promote the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.
  • Oversee the practice (multiple projects) with minimal dependency on top management.

2. Business Growth & Customer Success

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
